That the successful bidder on each parcel or on all ; parcels shall at the end of the bidding on June 23, 1978, be re- quired to_immediately deposit with the Court cash, cashier's check, certified check or other equivalency to cash, ten (10$) percent of the total amount of his successful bid, and this ten (10$) percent deposit shall be held by the Personal Representative until closing. 10. That as to the marketability of title and~to the closing costs to be borne by buyer and seller the STANDARDS FOR REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS as set forth in the 1978 revised edition of the Standard Contract For Sale And Purchase as approved by the Florida Bar and Florida Association of Realtors will apply except as decided otherwise by this Court. _ 11. That parcel C-4 shall be conveyed to the successful ~ bidder subject to the easement awarded to Florida Power & Light Com- _ ¢ the Circuit ~ pany in the Order of Taking rendexed on May 19, 1978, bY Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in the case of Florida Power b Light Company -vs- First National Bank of Fort Pierce As Administra- tor of the Estate of Perry Carlton, Deceased, Case No._ 78-39 CA, and all of the rights, duties and obligations accruing under said action together with all monies now deposited into the registry of the Court shall be conveyed and assigned by the Estate to the successful ~ bidder. ~ - ~ . ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ . ~ .
