heirs;~to approve, disapprove, or confirm the sale; to decide at
. subsequent hearings all questinns ~arising as to the marketabili*y
of title, the disqualification of successful bidders and forfeiture
of deposits, and all other matters which may arise prior to, during
and after the sale of the real property.
