THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before this Court in
- Chambers on the 7th day of June, 1978, on the Wife's Petition
! for Re-hearinq and Petition to have the Court hear.additional .
~ testimony, on the Court havinq heard the arguments of-Counsel ~
( finds as follows: ~
1) That the possibility exists that the husband,
JESSE~DARE., made cestain material misstatements of fact this .
~ testimony giving before this Cot~rt on the 24th~day of May, 1978. ~
2) That there is a need for allowing the parties to
present additional testimony to this Court as to the matter of
~ _
~ the husband, JBSSE DARE'S testimony at trial.

~ 3) That there is a need for an adjudication as to the

( temporary visitation rights of the parties, wherefore, it is

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGSD that this-cause ~hall be continued '
~ ~ -
~ for a period of forty (40) days fram June 7th to allow counsel
~ for the Wife to obtain addi~ional testimon b de osition as to~

the husband shall have additional twenty (20) day period in
~ which to obtain rebuttle testimonp. The last request that~the
~ Court hear the testi.mony of th~ child, RELLEY DAKE, is denied
~ ~
~ but the Court will allo~ her testimony to be taken by deposition
~
~ and presented to this Court.

~ ~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that durinq the pendency of this ~

~ matter the parties shall have weekly visitation rights with the
