Together with atl buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected thereon or placed
therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in singie units or centrally controited, used to
wpply heat, gas, ai~ conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or otlier services, and any other thing
now or liereafter therein or ihereon, the iurnishir?g of which by lessors to leasees is customary w appropriate, including
screens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water heaters
(all of which are inte~ded to be and are hereby declared to be a part of said real estate whether physically attached
thereto or not1; and also together with all easements and the rents, iswes and profits of said premises which are hereby
pledged, assigned, t~ansfer~ed and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become due as
provided in the Supplemental Agreement secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby wbrogated to the rights of all
mortgagees, lienholders and owners paid off by the pro~eeds of the loan hereby secured.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said property, with said buildings, improvements, fixtures, appurtenances, appa-
ratus and equipment, and with all the rights and priviteges thereunto belonging unto said mortgagee forever, for the uses
herein set forth, free from aN rights and benefits under the homestead, exemption and valuation laws of any state,
which said rights and benefits said Mortgagor dces hereby release and waive.
SUBJECT TO all of the covenanu and obligations of the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, as contained in a wpple-
mental agreement dated, exeouted and delivered concurrently herewith and reference is hereby made to said note and
wpulemer.tal agreement fo~ the full terms and conditions thereof, and the same are hereby incorporated herein as fully
as if written nut verbatim herein, and recorded purwant to 695.02, Florida Statutes, in Officiat Record Book 13g ,
