THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 27th day of j
June, 1978 upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having ~
given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the ~

~d~emeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and F
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
~

',subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and I
~
Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is ~
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is '

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: !
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between DAVID A. CLARK ;
and ELIZABETH M. CLARK be and the same is hereby dissolved and~

~ the parties and eacn of them are hereby forever freed from the

€ ':bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
t ~the obligations arising therefrom. !

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor female child, to wit: ~

~ ~is hereby awarded to the Wife and the Husband is hereby awarded ~

~ 'vistation to said child each Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. ;

~ 3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Comanencing on the lst day of

- July, 1978, the Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of $20.00 ;
