therein, inctuding all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units o~ centrally controlled, used to
wpply heai, gas, air condiiioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or other services, and any other thing
now or hereafter therein or ther¢on, ihe furnishing of ~vhich by lessors to. leasees is customary or appropriate, including
screens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water heaters
(ail of which are intended to be and are hereby declared to be a part of said real estate whether physically attached
thereto or notl; and also together with all easeme~ts and the rents, iswes and profits of said premises which are hereby
pledged, assigned, transferred and set over unto the Mo~tgagee, whether now due or hereaiter to become due as
provided in the Supptemental Agreement secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of afl
mortgagees, lienholders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan hereby secured.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said property, with said buildings, improvements, fixtures, appurtenances, appa- r
ratus and equipment, and with all the rights and privileges thereunto belonging unto said mortgagee forever, for the uses
herein set forth, free from all rights and benefits under the homestead, exemption and valuation laws of-any state,
which said rights and benefits said Mortgagor dces hereby release and waive.
SUBJECT YO all of tfie covenants and ob(igations of the Mo~tgagor to the Mortgagee, as contained in a wpple-
mental agreement dated, executed and delivered concurrently herewith and reference is hereby made to said note and
wpplemental agrcernent for the fult terms and cond+tions thereof, and the same are hereby incorporated herein as fully
as if written out verbatim herein, and recwded purwant to 695.02, Florida Statutes, in Official Record Book i~,
