THIS INDENTURE, executed this day of June, 1978,
between FLORIDA FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF JACKSONVILLE, as
personal representative of the Estate of Katharine Runyon,
deceased, Grantor, and SIX INVESTORS, INC., Grantee, whose
address is: 403 So. 4th Street, Ft. Pierce. Fla. 33450.

The Grantor, pursuant to Order of the Circuit Court,
