SWHEREAS, KATHARINE RUNYON, of Duval County. Florida, died on
June 29, 1977, owning assets in the State of Florida, and
WNEREAS, Florida First National Bank of Jacksonville has been
appointed personal representative of the estate of the decedent
and has performed all acts prerequisite to issuance of letters of
administration in the estate,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned circuit j udge, do
declare Florida First National Bank of Jacksonville to be duly
qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to act as
j personal representative of the estate of Y.atharine Runyon.
