ORDER ADMITTING WILL
The instrument presented by Florida First National Bank of
Jacksonville as a~nd for the Last WiII and Testament of Katharine
Runyon, deceased, havinq been duZy established by the sworn
testimony of Frances L. Padrick attesting witness thereto, as
being the true Last Will and Testament of the said decedent and
no objections having been made to the probate thereof, and it
having been made to appear to the Court by due proof that the
said decedent died on the 29th day of June, 1977.
It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the
Last Will and Testament bearing date March 13, 1957, and at-
tested by Philip Nourse, Margaret F. Joiner, and Frances L.
Padrick as subscribing and attesting witnesses thereto be, and
the same is hereby admitted to probate according to law as and
for the true Last Will and Testament of said decedent, and that
the said Will, together with the petition presenting the same be
duly recorded in the Book of ~ills, and that the cost of re-
cording same be taxed as costs against this estate.
Let Letters of Administration issue to Florida ~'irst
National Bank of Jacksonville as personal representative by
