Petitioner, The Florida First I~ational Bank of Jacksonville,
as personal representative of the above Estste. respectfully alleges
to the Court as follo~as : ~
1. Part of the assets of the Estate consist of residential
real property situated in Fort Pierce, Florida, described as
follows:

of E 1/2 of SW 1/4 of P~E 1/4 oi Section 9, To~ar_ship

~ 2. The Petitioner considers that it is expedient,

~ necessary and in the best interest of the Estate to sell the
~ above described real property for the following reasons:
~ a. The property is located in Ft. Pierce, Florida,

~ and the distance involved makes it difficult to adr.linister. ~
~ b. The property is presently producing no revenue.

~ c. Said property, if distributed in kind, must be
~ ~
~ distributed to the three heirs under decedent's will by

' tenancies in common. As none of said heirs c~esire to reside

~ on said property, nor retain it for rental purposes, consequently

it has been deemed more expedient by all parties hereto to
