receivc~d to purchase the above described real property from
the estate, the terms of the sale being as follows: .
a. The purchase price is $25.000; cash of $1,000 ~
has been paid as down payment~ the rest to be paid in cash
at rlosing.
b. The estate will pay its pro rata share of #
taxes, plus the real estate commission and the termite
inspection fee and pther applicable expenses. ~
4. William Runyon, Norman Runyon, and Katharine Davila,
the only beneficiaries under the Will of the decedent~ have
filed with the court their written Consent and Waiver of
No~ice of Sale of the property described above.
Wherefore, the Petitioner asks far an Order authoriLing
the sale of the above described property upon the terms and
conditions set £ort'h above. ~
