FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the 21st day of June,
,1978, and the Court having given full consideration to all the _
evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of this suit, and that the re-
lationship of Husband and.jaife now exists between the parties,
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved.~ It is thereupon -

` l. That the marriage between CARL C. STEINKE and BEVERLY

~ STEINKE a/k/a BEVERLY HARRISON is hereby dissolved a vinculo, and

~ the parties and each of them are forever freed from the bonds of
~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from their obliga-
~
~ tions arising therefrom.

~ 2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby en-
~
~ joined and restrained from interferring with, harassing or annoying
~
~
~
the other.

~ 3. That the sole and exclusive possession and ownership
' of the property described hereinbelow be, and is hereby awarde~ to
the Husband, CARL C. STEINKE, and the Wife, BEVERLY STEINKE a/k/a
