real property to the Husband within fifteen (15) days from the date
of this Final Judgment. In the event that the Wife, BfiVERLY STEINKE
a/k/a BEVERLY HARRISON, does not quit claim her interest in said
real property to the Husband, CARL C. STEINKE, within said fifteen
(15) day time period, then any and all right, title and interest of
the Wife in said real property shall be transferred and conveyed to
the Husband by operation of law. Said real property being situate
in Indian River County, Florida, being more particularly-described:
