LUCILLE V. COSTA, INC.,
by Indenture of Mortgaqe bearing date the 28th day of September A.D.
1972, and recorded in the office of the Clcrk of the Cireuit Court
in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official
Record Book 206, Page 2585, granted and conveyed unto T~E~~ JERSEY
REALTY MORTGAGE COMPANY, a New Jersey Corporation and assigns, ~he
premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment af the •
sum of TS~TO MILLION ($2,000,000.00) DOLLARS, with intere~t as therc~i.n
mentioned, as modified pursuant to a Mortgage Extension Aqreement
including George A. Costa and Lucille V. Costa, his wife, dated
November 26. 1973, recorded at Official Records Book "122, Page 821,
as modified again pursuant to a Mortgage Modification, Consolidation
and Extension Agreement, dated June 10, 1977, recorded at Official
Records Book 274, Page 2297, all of which recordings were in Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Ftorida. ~
AND WHEREAS, MIOLANTIC NATIONAL BANK, a national banking association,
is now the owner and holder of said mortqage
AND WNEREAS, LUCILLE V. COSTA, is now owner of the property described
in said mortgage and has requested the said MIDI.~INTIC NATIONAL AANK
to release the premises hereinafter described, bein~ part of sai.d
mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, 'Phat the said MIDLANTIC ?V'ATIONAL BANK, as
well in consideration of the premises; the sum o~ one dollar and
other gqod and valuable consideration dollars, to it in hand paid
by t-he said LUCILLE V. COSTA at the time of the execution hereof, the
receip~ whereof is hereby acknowledged,-does remise, release, quit-
cZaim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said LUCILLE V. COSTA, her heirs and assigns, all
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises
conveyed by said mortgage*, to wit:

SUBDIVISION and the East I(i feet of a vacated alley

Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO the following:
MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK, reserves unto itself and its successors,
assigns, lessees and invitees until such time as the mortgage
referred to herein is satisfied in full, over the nroperty
being' released herein, all rights, interest and b~nefits, to the
party wa11s, covenants, restrictions, servitudes, conditions,
reservations and easements subjected to said property by virtue
of that certain Declaration of Party Walls, Restrictions,
Reservations, Easements and Protective Covenants, recorded on
January 3, 1978, at Official Record Book 279, Pages 2483 - 2549-A
of the PubZic>Records of St. Lucie Count Flori~
