PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
CHARLES M. PHARR, the Guardian of the person and property
of Florence Belle Mandaville, through his undersigned~attorney,
respectfully shows:
l. Florence Be11e Mandaville died on or about April 14,
1978 and her Last Will and Testament has been admitted to
probate in the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Your Petitioner has prepared a final accounting herein
which is attached hereto, and has delivered and transferred to
Errol S. Willes as Personal Representative of~the estate of
Florence Belle Mandaville all of the remaining assets of the
ward; that a receipt signed by Errol S. Willes as Personal
i Representative evidencing receipt of said assets is attached

hereto.

receipted statement for such fee is attached hereto.

exception of the fee a2lowed by this Court to the Guardian, for
which there were not sufficient liquid assets, and has rendered
to this Court a true and correct accounting of his guardianship; '
that nothing remains to be done by the Guardian.
