WHEREAS. JANE CARNETT has been appointed Guardian of the
property of AGNES MAKUCH, and has taken the prescribed oath and per-
formed all other acts necessary to qualify as such Guardian;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Circuit Judge, declare
JANE CARNETT duly qualified under the laws of the State of Florida
to act as the Guardian of the property of AGNES MAKUCH, with full
power to administer the estate of said AGNES MAKUCH according to
law, and to take possession of and to hold, for the benefit of said
AGNES MAKUCH; all the property of said person, and the rents, income,
issues, and profits from it, _
