~he above-named defendant having been declared indigent or partially
indigent, and said defendant having received, at his request, the
assistance of the Public Defender's office or the services of a
private attorney appointed pursuant to the Florida Statutes or the
Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, and said defendant having beem
determined to be guilty of a criminal act, it is, pursuant to Section
??_55, F~or~du StatuLes;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The sum of $35.00 is hereby determined to be a
reasanable attorney fee for the services rendered to said defendant up
to the date of this judgment plus the sum of $ 5.00 as costs

expended by the above county in behalf of said defendant, for which
sums a judgment against said defendant, Gerald Frunzi
whose residence is g2g Amberiack Court, Ft. Pierce, Fla.
in favor of St.Lucie County is hereby entered, for which let execution
issue.
2. Said defendant shall pay said fee and costs to the clerk of
this court, in the total sum of $ 60.00 a s: -

f 3. The clerk of this court shall furnish a copy of this judgment
s to said defendant by delivery or mail addressed to defendant's last
~ }:nown address, and defendant shall have ten (10) days within which to
~ file written objection hereto with the clerk of this court.

~ 9_ If written objections hereto are filed within said ten (10)
~ days the clerk of this court shall schedule a hearing thereon with the
~ court and give reasonable written notice thereof to the defendant.
~ 5. If the defendant appeals the conviction in this case, upon
receipt of a Mandate from the appellate court affirming such conviction,
~ this court shall enter a further judgment against said defendant for

~ filing fee for filing said appeal with the appellate court.
