or partially indigent, and said defendant having received, at
his request, the assistance of the Public Defender's office ~~r

Florida Statutes or the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, and
said defendant having been determined to be guilty of a criminal
act, it is, pursuant to Section 27.56 Florida Statutes~
