The above-named defendant having been declared indic~ent
or partially indigent, and said defendant having received, at
his request, the assistance of the Public Defender's office ur
the services of a private.attorney appointed pursuant to the
Florida Statutes or the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, and
said defendant having been determined to be guilty of a criminal
act, it is, pursuant to Section 27.56 Florida Statutes~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
