Deed made this 29th day of June. 1978, by NARLEY G. COWLES
and GRACE D. COWLES, His Wife, of Route 3, Box 355, Fort Pierce,
Saint Lucie County. Florida, Grantors, to E. T. McNEILL and E. V.
McNEILL of 3908 Clematis Street, Fort Pierce, Saint.Lucie County.
Florida, Grantees. Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN
($10.00) DOLI.ARS and other valuable consideration paid by Grantees,
the receipt of which is acknowledged~ have granted; bargained, and
sol~ to Gr~ntees~ their heirs and assiQns forever, for the purpose
of a perpetual easement of ingress and egress, a private right-of-way
'over the following real property, situate in Saint Lucie County,
Florida, described as:
The South 15 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of -
the Southeast 1/4 of Section 28, Township
35 South, Range 39 East, less the East
411.44 feet, and
The West 15 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of
the Southeast 1/4 of Section 28, Township
35 South, Range 39 East, from the southmost
line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast
; 1/4 of Section 28, Township 35 South, Range
; 39 East, up to a point which extends north-
~ ward 850 feet.

~ For the benefit of and as an easement appurtenant to the fol-
