KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: . \
That John D. Connery and Diane Connery, his wife, of

consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey
