every provision of the foreooing is essential to the successful operation and ma.-~age-
ment of tl~e Condominiun property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the ownen t}ier~in. Purchaser and all owners of parcels~i.n the aforedescribed
Conclor,?iniwn covenant and aaree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominiuan and Fxhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and pmvisions of said Declaration oE Condo-
miniu.~? and Fxtiibits attached thereto, and agrees thst the assessrr~ent imder the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acl~owledges and confirn~s
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictians o~ the Pro~rty G~.,mers' 4ssoci-
ation t~as encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiw!~ parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obli~ations wnder the said Declaration of Cavenants
and Restrictions of the Property 0~.•ners' Association and said Purchaser assuanes the
ob~igations as to the Property O~rners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confir~ns that all ~aarranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of CondominiLUn and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the cor~pn expenses and the s~n; due under the Property O~.~ners' Association
and other charges are estimated only. ~o warranty or guaranty is made or intended;
nor r~~y one be relied except ~~~here the same is specifically ~~rarranted or ~uaranteed
