FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause coming on to be heard upon the verified Petition
for Adoption filed in this cause by the Petitioners, DONALD H. WILLIAMS
and EARLENE D. WILLIAMS, Husband and Wife, and Consents having been
obtained by the natural mother, and by the minor child being over the
age of 12, BONNIE KAY COX, formerly.known as BONNIE KAY ZIMMERMAN, to
be adopted by the Petitioner, DONALD H. WILLIAMS, and it appearing to
the Court that the Petitioner, DONALD H. WILLIAMS, is a fit and proper
person to adopt the two children, namely, BONNIE KAY and RONALD EARL,
and that the best interests of the children would be premoted by the ~
adoption, and that the children are suitable tor adoption by the
Petitioner, DONALD H. WILLIAMS, and being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the two children named herein are de-
clared to be the legal children of the Petitioner, DONALD H. WILLIAMS;
that BONNIE KAY COX, formerly known as BONNIE KAY ZIMMERMAN is hereby
given the name of BONNIE KAY WILLIAMS, and RONALD EARL COX is hereby
given the name of RONALD EARL WILLIAMS, by which names they shall here-
after be known; that said children, upon the entry hereof, are and shall
be hereafter the children and legal heirs of the Petitioner, DONALD H.
WILLIAMS, and entitled to all rights and privileges and subject to
aZl obligations the same as though they were the natural born children
of said Petitioner.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, this_~day of July, 1978.
