upon the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss, and the Court beinq fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss
the Petition for Modification of Final Judgment is hereby granted
and it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties to this action comply
with the Order of this Court entered on March 5, 1978, within thirty
(30) days of the date of this Order.
