HARRISON and CECELIA G. NARRISON, His Wife, for Summary Judgment in this action, and the Court having ex- amined the pleadings, affidavits, admissions, and other papers on file, and having heard argument of counsel for the Plaintiffs ` and for the Defendants, and it being further appearing that the Defendants have failed to serve or file any counter-affidavits opposing Plaintiffs' Motion for Sumanary Judgment, it is, therefore, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 1. Plaintiffs' Motion is hereby granted as to all issues in this action. 2. There is no genuine issue as to any material fact in the above-styZed cause, and Plaintiffs are entitled to Su~ary Final Judgment as a matter of law on all issues in this action. 3. The mortgage sued upon constitutes a good,~valid, and subsisting lien upon the~mortgaged property hereinafter described superior to the interest and equities of the Defendants, BARON K. TAYLOR and SHERRY TAYLOR, His Wife, and that the terms, condi- tions, and covenants of Plaintiffs' Promissory Note and Mortgage are as stated in the Complaint. _ 4.
