The Defendant, BARON K. TAYLOR, has defaulted under the terms of the Promissory Note and Second Mortgage set forth ~in Plaintiffs' Complaint by failing to pay the balance of all principal and accrued interest when the same became due. 6. Plaintiffs, ROBERT W. HARRISON and CECELIA G. HARRISON, His Wife, are the owners and holders of the Promissory Note and Second Mortgage securing it, and Plaintiffs are due the following sums on said Promissory Note and Second Mortgage, from BARON K. TAYLOR: (a) Principal and accrued interest $8,782.30 on balloon payment provided for in Promissory Note and Second Mortgage. (b) Accrued interest on Promissory 298.36 Note and Second Mortgage from December 2, 1977, through Apri1 4, 1978 (with per diem of $2.406, computed at 109'o per annumn) . Total sum due under Promissory 9 080.66 Note and Second Mortgage ex- cluding per diem interest from this date, costs, and attorney fees. 7. The Court further finds and awards to Plaintiffs as an additional indebtedness under the Note and Mortgage costs accrued to the date of hearing of Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judganent in the sum of $34.50. . 8. The Court further finds and awards to Plaintiffs as an additional indebtedness under the Promissory Note and Mortgage a reasonable attorney's fee in the sum of $1,500.00, making a total sum due to Plaintiffs of $10,615.16, from Defendant, BARON K. TAYLOR. 9. Plaintiffs, ROBERT W. HARRISON and CECELIA G. HARRISON, His Wife, hold a Iien for the total sum due which is superior to any claim, interest, or estate of the Defendants, BARON K.
