of Lis Pendens. Plaintiffs' lien is upon the following-described
property located in Saint Lucie County~ Florida, to-wit: ~

- Lot 213, of Section 9, Township 36 '
South, Range 40 East of WHITE CITY
SUBDIVISION of Section 3, 4, S, 8, 9,
and 10 of Towriship 36 South, Range 40
East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, -
Page 23, of the Public Records of
- Saint Lucie County, Florida, intersects
the centerline of Citrus Avenue (having
a 50-foot right-of-way North and South
of Lot 213) run North 89°59' West on ~
said North Iine of Lot 213, 240 feet
to the point of beginning , thence con-
tinue North 89°59' West 190.13 feet,
thence run in a Southeasterly direction
114.25 (to a point that is 106.2 £eet as
measured at right angles South of the
North line of Lot 213), thence run South
89°59' East 148 feet, thence run North
106.2 feet to the point of beginning.
10. If the total sum due Plaintiffs, together with interest
at the rate prescribed by law, and all costs of this action ac-
cruing subsequent to this Judgment are not paid, then the Clerk
of this Court shall sell the property at public sale on
3/ / 97~' at //,'00 ~.M. , to the
highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at
the eastidoo-r of the Saint Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce,
Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
lI. Plaintiffs shall advance a21 subsequent costs of this
action, and shall be reimbursed for~them by the Clerk of Court
if P?aintiffs are not the purchasers of the property at the sale.
If Plaintiffs are the purchasers, the Clerk shall credit Pla~ntiffs'
bid with the total sum due with interest and costs accruing sub-
sequent to this Judgment or suct: part of it as is necessary to
pay.the bid in full.
12. On filing the Certificate of Title, the Clerk shall
distribute the proceeds of the sale, so far as they are sufficient,
by paying: First, aIl the Plaintiffs' costs; Second, documentary
stamps affixed to the Certificate; Third, Plaintiffs' attorney's
fees; Fourth, the total sum due to Plaintiffs less the items paid,
plus interest at the rate prescribed by law from this date to the
date of the sale; and by retaining any amount remaining pending
the further order of this Court.
