named in this action, and a21 persona claiming under or against
them since the filing of the Notice of Lis Pendens in this
action, are foreclosed of all estates or clatms in the property. -
and the purchaser at the sale shall be let into possession of
the property. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter
further Orders as are proper, including, without limitation,
Writs of Assistance and Deficiency Judgments.
