ORDER Thfs cause having~come to be heard upon the Motion of the Plaintiff for an Order determininq that the appointment of a Guardian Ad Litem in this cause for the minor Defendants-is not necessary and the ~ourt naving heard the arguments oi counsei - and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. That the interests of the minor defendants, THOMAS CURRY and RANDALL CURRY, have and are being fully, properiy and adequately represented by Ralph Flowers, Attorney at Law. 2.
