Plaintiff's attorneys herein, together with all costs of this suit
which to date amount to $/~S'7.o0 , and the Plaintiff is
additionally entitled to recover interest~at the,statutory rate of
8 percent per annum from the date hereof to the date of sale.
6. That by virtue of the mortgage described in the Complaint,
the Plaintiff has a valid first lien upon~the said mortgaged property
situated, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, the State of
Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Lot 180, SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT THREE, REPLAT according
to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page
12, of the Public Records o£ St. Lucie County, Florida.
7. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by
law and all costs of this.action accruing subsequent to this judgment
are not paid within three days from this date, the Clerk of this court -
shall sell the property at Public Sale to the highest bidder for cash,
free, clear and discharged of and from any and all claims, liens,
encumbrances, rights and equity in interest of the said Defendants,
THE ESTATE OF GEORGIA MAE CURRY, Deceased, FLOSSIE PORTER, an adult,
THOMAS CURRY, a minor and RANDALL CURRY, a minor, which sale shall
be held by the Clerk of this Court on , the 3/~.~' • day of
, 1978, at f/;O O a.m. at the East Front Door of the St. ~
Lucie County Courthouse in Ft, Pierce, Florida, in accordance with
F.S. 45.031.
8. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this
action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if the Plaintiff
is not the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit the PZaintiff's bid with
the total sum with interest and costs accruing subsequent to this
judgment or such part of it as is necessary to pay the bid in full. =

9. Upon receipt of the purchase price paid at said sale, the

Clerk shall issue a Certificate of Sale, and if no objections to said
sale be filed within the time required by law, said Clerk shall issue
his Certificate of Title and Certificate of Disbursements, and he shall
disburse and apply the proceeds of the sale in the following manner: ~
