shall be paid by the Purchaser to the Seller in the following manner:
A. The eum of ~3, 037. 50 in cash at closing.
B. The balance vf $32, Q00. 00 ahall be payable at the rate of ~279. 59
including interest at 9 1/2 per cent per annum on all out~taading
balance af principal indebtednees commencing one month after the
date of cloeing, with the entire balance of principal it~debtedness ,
and accumulated intereat [ully payable v~i thin three years from the
date of cloeing.
C. The privelege ie reserved in the purchaser to prepay a~l Or any
portion of the indebt.ednesa at any time without penalty.
D. The payments set forth under paragraph 'B" above shall be monthly
payments and shall commence on the first of the next month succeeding
~ t,he signing of the agreement and shall be due and payable on the
first of each succeeding month thereafter.

4. Purchaser shall be entitled to possession of the premieea
herein described upon the closing hereof, and during the iir~ of chie ~ontr~~t,

thereon, in a state of repair and condition that is good and proper. Seller
