ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE :
Assignment was made this 14thday of June, 1978, by Robert A. Stremke
and Frances M. Stremke, his wife, of Fort Pierce, Florida, Assiqnors to
the Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, Fort Pierce, Florida, Assignee.
1. Assignment. For value received, the Assignors hereby assigns to
the Assignee a certain Mortgage deed and promissory note secured thereby
gran~ed by Olin J. Roberts, Jr. and Deborah S. Roberts, his wife, to
the Assignors herein dated November 30, 1976, recorded Deceniber 7, 1976,
in O.R. Book 260, page 2489 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, enc~~mb~ring the hereinafter described real property situated
lying and being, in St. Lucie County, Florida,viz.,
Lot 5, Block 3, FAIRLAWN, according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 6, page 5, of the Public Records of j
St. Lucie County, Florida.

2. Warranty_. The Assignors represent and warrant that there is
owing upon such note secured by the above expressed mortgage without
offset or defense of any kind, the principal sum of $19,555.28, with
interest of 8$ per annum from December 1, 1976, and that the principal
together with interest will become due on or before the lst of
November, 2005.

3. Collateral Security. This Assignment is made as collateral security ;

for the payment of a promissory note, made the Assignors dated 14th -
day of June 1978, for $12,900.00 to the order to the Assignee, which
with interest at 108 per annum is due on or before the 14thday of
,7une 1992. The Mortgage and NOte described herein shall be reassigned
to the Assignors by the Assignee if the Assignors note is fully paid
and discharged at its maturity.
