Lender the renu of the Property. pmvided that Borrower shall, prior to acceleration under paragrapA 18 hereof or abandon-
ment of the Property. have the right to collect and retai~ such rents ai they become due and payable.
Upon acceleration uader paragraph 18 hereof or abandortment of the Property, L.ender shatl be eatided to have a
receiver appoiated by a court to enter upon. take possessioo of arid man:ge the Property and to collect the rents of the
Property. including thoae past due. All rcnu collected by the receiver shall be applied fint to payment of the costs of
management of the Propeny and collection of reots. including, but not limited to~ receiver's foes. premiums on rcceiver's
bonds aad nasonable attorcuy's fees, and then to the sums socurod by this Mortgage. 'Ibe receiver shall be liable to account
only for those reats actua~ly roceived.
21. ~bt~ue Ad~so~w. Upon request by Borrowe~, Lender, at Lender
s option within twenty years from the date of this
Mongage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advanca, with interest thercon, shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evideaced by promissory notes stating that said notes an secured hereby. At no time shall the principa! -
