THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court and the
Court having heard the evidence, and finding that it has jurisdic-
tion-of the subject matter, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties.
2. That the Court file reflects proof of publication in a
newspaper of general circulation in the community, appropriate
Affidavit of Diligent Search and a Default Judgment executed by
the Clerk of the Circuit Court. .
I~ 3. That the Wife is not seeking support from the Husband

; nor have there been any children born of the marriage.

~ 4. That the bonds of marriage between the Petitioner,

~ RUTH C. HINES, and Respondent,•WAYNE HOWARD HINES, are dissolved
~ I because the marriage is irretrievably broken as alleged in the
~ Petition for Dissolution of Marriage.

~ 5. The Court hereby awards the I972 Delta 88 Oldsmobile,

~ Serial Number 3L6982E218632, to the Wife.
~ 6. The Court awards attorney's fees in the amount of

~ $ 5 Q ~ to the wife's attorney of record.

~ ~ Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from
" interfering with, harassing or annoying one another. ~

~ The Court retains jurisdiction of this cause and the
