Th~sg cauae came on for trial this 11th day of July, 1978,
and a Guardian Ad Litem having been duly appointed for the Husband
herein and having appeared to represent the Husband, MALCOLM ALVIS
JOHNSON, durin~ these preceedings and the Court having given full
consideration to all the evidence presented and being otherwise

fully advised in the premises, finds and determines that the
relationship of Husband and Wife now exists betKeen the parties and
that the Wife, JANICE JOHNSON, is entitled to dissolution of the
marriage of the parties. It is thereupon
OEDERED AND ADJUDGED as follor~s ;
1. DISSOLUTION OF MA88IAGE. The marriage betMeen the
i Husband, MALCOLM ALVIS JOHNSON, and the Wife, JANICE JOHNSON, be
; and the same is hereby dissolved becauae the marriage is irretrievably

~ Clerk of this Court_arising from the sale of the marital home oF the

~ parties under a separate mortgage foreclosure proceeding be, and the

~ same are divided one-half to the Husband, MALCOLM ALVIS JOHNSON,
~ and one-half to the Wife, JANICE JOHNSON.
