THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on June 16, 1978
upon a Rule to Show Cause and the Court having heard the
testimony of the parties and considered all the evidence finds
and determines-that the Respondent is in arrears in his child
support in the total amount of $391.00 and that the Husband was
not willfully in contempt of this Court, IT IS THEREUPON,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent shall continue
to make the $30.00 per week child support payments as specified
in the Order of this Court dated February 23, 1978, together
with an additional payment of $5.00 per week to be applied to
the aforementioned arrearage. These payments are to begin
Friday, June 23, 1978, and shall be payable on each and every
, Friday thereafter until such time as the arrearage has been paid
,
~ in full, whereupon the payments shall continue at $30.00 per

' week. The Respondent shall also make a single lump sum payment

~ of $34.00. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this

~ Court, and the sum of $2.00 shall be added to each payment to
6 pay the service charge of the Clerk. These payments shall be
made in cash, money order or chasier's check. Both parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk informed as to their current
` a~dress.
