O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the Court on the
28th day of April, 1978, upon the Motion For Enforcement of the
Wife, and the Court having heard testimony and argument of counsel,~

and the Court finding that DONALD MARVIN DAY is in contempt of the
Final Judgment Of Dissolution Of Marriage and the Order of this
Court rendered on March 27, 1975, for failure to pay child support,
~i and the Court being otherwise advised in the premises, it is ~

~ thereupon

E ORDERED AND ADJUDGED

~ 1. That DONALD MARVIN DAY is in contempt of this Court
~
~
~ and is sentenced to serve a term of thirty (30) days in the Saint
~ Lucie County jail. This sentence is suspended upon the express
~ condition that DONALD MARVIN DAY pay Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars per
~ win the rendition of this
~ week commencing on the first Monday follo g
~
Order and Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars on each week thereafter. Ten
~
~
- ($10.00) Dollars of said Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars shall apply to
~
the current support obligation and Five ($5.00) Dollars shall apply
to the arrearage of $ 1,619.50 ~
~
~ 2. That the payments by DONALD MARVIN DAY for child

~ support shall not be construed as an admission of paternity of the

~
~ minor child by him.
