Contempt and Other Relief and Notice of Hearing and the Court ;

having heard testimony of the Petitioner and Respondent, upon ~

consideration, the Court finds that the Respondent is in arrears ~

in the sum of $1,350.00 as of June 23, 1978 in making alimony ~
~
i~ payments pursuant to order heretofore entered herein and that i
at least part of said arrearage is based on willful withholding i
of payments by Arnold L. Palmacci when the funds necessary to ~

make said payments were available and the Court being fully ;

advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ,
1. That Respondent. Arnold L. Palmacci, shall continue
! to pay to Camille A. Palmacci, Petitioner, the swm of $150.00 ;
E per week as required in the Order For Temporary Relief entered .

~ 2. That a common law judgment be entered against '

~ ~ Respondent, Arnold L. Palmacci, in the amount of the arrearage
