and assigns, to restrict the height of structures, objects of
natural growth and other obstructions on the above described lan~s
to such a height so as not to exceed 50 feet above ground level or
88 feet above mean sea level, whichever is lower, or receive approval
for a greater height by submittal of FAA Form 7460-1 to the Federal -
Aviation Administration.
5. The Grantee expressly agrees for itself, its successors
and assigns, to prevent any use of the above described lands which
shall interfere with or adversely affect operation or ma?ntenance
of the St. Lucie County Airport.
6. The Grantee expressly agrees for itself, its successors
and assigns, that if a concrete block building containing at least
8000 square feet is not completed and occupied by it within one (1)
year from this date, it will reconvey said property to the Grantor
upon the Grantor refunding the purchase price.
