BEFORE ME, the undersiqned authority, this day personally
appeared REVEREND HENRY JOHNSON, who upon first being duly
sworn did depose and say:
1. That he is the unremarried surviving spouse of FRANKIE `
JOHNSON, a/k/a FRANRIE GRI~'~~Tu, who departed this life on May
5, 1976.
2. That he and the said FRANKIE JOHNSON, a/k/a FRANKIE
GRIFFITH, were the grantees in that certain warranty deed of
conveyance executed by wherein the above described rea2 property
was conveyed.

3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, he
was married to the said FRANKIE JOHNSON, a/k/a FRANKIE GRIFFITH

and that said marital relationship continued without interruption
until the death of the said FRANKIE JOHNSON a/k/a FRANKIE GRIFFITH.
