In the eve~t any amounts turrently due and; or past dve under the terms of ihis note are not paid

past due, will be added so and o~liected with whatever amounis are due for the month in question. If

option of the holder, and witiiout any other rwtioe, a!! the remaining instaitments shall be due and payable at
once. Privilege is given to pay two or more instaltments at any installment maturity date, but this shall
not extend the time of maturity of any wbsequent installment_ Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by
