on demand, with i~terest at the then effective rate set forth
in the Note, and until paid they shall be deemed to be part ~
of the indebtedness evidenced by the Note and secured by this ~
Mortgaqe.
26. Communications: All conununications required under
this Mortqaqe or e Note shall be in writinq, and shall be
sent by reqistered or certified mail, postaqe prepaid, addres-
sed to the Mortqaqor and the Mortgaqee at the address set
forth in the heading of this Mortqaqe or in the Note, or to
such other address as either party may desiqnate from time
to time by notice to the other in the manner set forth herein.
27. Amendment: This Mortqaqe cannot be chanqed or ~
amended except y aqreement in writinq signed by the party
agAinst whom enforcement of the change is souqht.~
28. A_p lp icable Law: This Mortqage shall be governed
by and construe~c
accor~c
ing to the - laws of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, notwithstanding that the Mortqaged Property
is situated in the State of Florida.
29. Construction: Whenever used in this Mortgaqe, un-
less the context c eaily indicates a contrary intent:
(a) The word "Mortgagor" shall mean the person
who executes this Mortqage and any subsequent owner of the
Mortgaged Property and his respective heirs, executors, ad-
ministrators, successors and assigns;
' (b) The word "Mortqagee" shall mean the person
specifically named herein as "~tortqagee" or any subsequent
holder of this Mortgage; '
' Cc1 The word "person" shall mean individual, cor-
i poration, partnership or unincorparated association;

~ (d) The use of any gender shall include all
~ genders;
~
E (e) The singular number shall include the plural
~ and the plural the sinqular as the context may require;
~ _
~ (f) If the Mortqagor be more than one person, all
~ agreements, conditions, covenants, provisions, stipulations,
4 warrants of attorney, authorizations, waivers, releases,
~ options, undertakings, rights and benefits made or given by
F Kortgagor shall be joint and several, and shall bind and
~ affect all persons who are defined as "Mortgagor" as fully
~ as though all of them were specifically named herein where-
~ ever thE word "Mortgagor" is used.
