hcrPin granted to confess judgment shall not be exha~sted
by any exercise thereof, but shall continue from time to
time and at all times until full payment of all amounts due
hereunder.
Maker hereby waives the benefit of any laws which
now or hereafter might otherwise authorize the stay of any
execution to be issued on any judgment recovered by this
Note, or the exemption of any property from levy and sale
thereunder. Maker waives the right of inquisition on all real
estate, voluntarily condemns it, and agrees that the real
estate may be sold on writ of execution.
The Maker and all endorsers and guarantors of this
Note hereby waive demand, presentment, notice of non-payment, ~
dishonor and protest, and agree in case suit shall be brought
for the collection hereof, or it is necessary to place the
same in the hands of an attorney for collection, to pay ~
reasonable attorney's fees for making such collection,
whether the holder hereof is obligated therefor~ or not.
It is agreed that the granting to the Maker of this
Note or any other party of an extension or extensions of
time for the payment of any sum or sums due hereunder or under
the Mortgage securing the payment of this Note or for the
performance of any covenant or stipulation thereof or the
taking of other or additional security shall not in any way
release or affect the liability of the Maker and the en-
dorsers and guarantors of this Note. ~
This Note is secured, inter alia, by, and subject .
to the provisions of, a mortgage of even date herewith ex-
ecuted and delivered by the Maker, as Mortgagor, unto the
Payee, as Mortgagee, encumbering property in St. Lucie
County, Florida (the "Mortgage").
The indebtedness for which this Note is evidence and
this Note~are executed and delivered in the State of Pennsylvania,
and this Note shall be construed in accordance with the laws
of the State of Pennsylvania.
This Note may not be amended or modified, nor shall
any waiver of any provision hereof be effective, except by an
instrument in writing executed by Bank and Maker.
