THIS MATTER havincj come before the Court on Plaintiff's
Consent to Dissolution of Garnishment, and it appearing that the
Garnishee and Plaintiff have asserted, and thus agreed, that
this account is not subject to garnishment to enforce
collection of the individual debts of the husband and
therefore:
IT IS ORDERED
That the Writ of Garnishment be and hereby is dissolved
and the Garnishee is ordered to release therefrom the funds
