This cause came on for trial the 12th day of July, 1978, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between WILLIS D. CARPENTER and
ANN MARIE CARPENTER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
~ and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
~
~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

s . 2. CUSTODY: Custody of SHARON JILL CARPENTER and STACEY LYNN
~ CARPENTER, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to ANN MARIE
;

~ CARPENTER with reasonable visitation rights reserved to WILLIS D. CARPENTER.

` 3. INCORPORATION OF AGREEMENT: The Separation Agreement dated

r June 12, 1978 and entered between the parties, is hereby incorporated by
~
~
~ reference and which provides, inter alia, as follows:

_ (a) WILLIS D. CARPENTER shall pay to ANN MARIE CARPENTER,
; -
- the sum of ~30.00 per week per child for a total of ~60.00 per week.
~ (b) Each support payment shall be made to the Clerk of this
x Court and by him remitted promptly to ANN MARIE CARPENTER. In addition there
~ is hereby assessed the sum of ~2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
~ payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order
~ or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of

y this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
