DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE .

This cause came on for trial ~he 1$th day of OcCober, 1976~ ~
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds

an3 determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject ,

matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists i

between the parries; and tha~ the marriage between the parties is 4

irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is t hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as fol2ows: •
1. DISSOLUTIDN OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between W. JAMES f

FRANKLIN and PATRICIA ANN FRANKLIN be and the same is hereby dissolved.

and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds }

of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligatioiis

arising therefrom. -
2. PROPERTY. The Senaration and Property Settlement Agree-
ment admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
and the parties are ordered to comply wi.th the provisions thereof.
. 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may
be proper. •
