SEPARATION AND PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT ~

THIS AGREEMENT~ made this day of January, 1978,
between RAYMOND P. LEIN, hereinafter referred to as the
Husband, and JOA.~1 S. LEIN, hereinafter referred to as the Wife. ~
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have lived together as Husband ~
and Wife, having been married to each other at Moore Haven, ~
Florida, on or about the 8th day of October , ~
19 66 ; and
WHEREAS, two children have been born as issue of said ~
marriage, and the Husband has adopted two children born as .
issue of a prior marriage of the Wife, and there are no other.
~ children contemplated at this time; and ~

WHEREAS, differences have arisen between the parties,
~ because of which they will not hereafter cohabitate together,
and the,parties ha~~ agreed to live separate and apart in the ;
. ;
future; and
~ WHEREAS, the parties desire to settle and adjust forever '

all rights of alimony, property rights, and all other rights ,
; _ ,
~ arising out of the relationship of the parties; and
~ :
~ ~ WNEREAS, the Husband and Wife~agree between them on a full
~ property settlement which shall obtain and be binding upon both

I parties hereto, their respective heirs, executors, administra- ;
~
tors and assigns, and likewise in the event of the death of
Husband or Wife, or in the event that either of the parties
hereto shall ever secure a decree of divorce or an annulment

€ against the other party; and
~ WHEREAS. the Husband and Wife respectively represent and

` warr~nt to each other that Each has carefully read and under-

~ stands this entire Separation and Property Settlement Agreement, $
