is fully cognizant of the terms hereof, and has been fully ~

advised of his or her rights and obligations in respect of all `
matters affected by this Separation Agreement, and that all of
the provisions hereof are for the best interest of the parties '
- hereto, and have.been mutually agreed upon between them without
coercion. duress or undue influence on the part of either of the'

parties hereto as against the other party hereto, and upon full '
disclosure of all.properties owned by each or both of the parties

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the '
mutual covenants and promises herein contained, and the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations,
paid by each of the parties hereto to the other of them, at or
before the execution and delivery of this Separation Agreement,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the parties ~

hereto hereby covenant, promise and agree to and with.each other

' in the following manner: ,
FIRST: From and after the date hereof, the parties shall ,

continue to reside in the marital home, living at all times

~ separate and apart. Within ~ days from the date hereof, ,

~ the Wife shall remove herself, her personal belongings and
~ effects and all personal property to which she shall claim any

i right, title, or interest as specified hereunder. Thereafter, '

j the parties will live separate and apart from each other for
~ the rest of their lives, and may engage in any occupation, ~

~ employment or business without the consent of the other party

i hereto, in all respects as if unmarried. Each of the parties
~ may reside from time to time in such places as he or she deems

; fit. Each of the parties hereto shall be free from all marital
~ control, direct or indirect, of the other party, free of molesta-

' tion, restraint, intereference, and authority as fully and in
, the same manner as if urunarried. Neither of the parties hereto

~ shall attempt by legal or other proceedings to compel the other :

~ party to cohabit or dwell with him or her.
