• SECOND: As and for the support and maintenance of the ;

Wife, the Husband agrees as follows: ~
(a) To allow the Wife to live and dwell in the marital
home until 45 days from the date hereof, together with the
Husband; however, if the Husband fails~to make the payment as
required in subparagraph (b) hereof, this period shall be :

accordingly extended until payment is made.
(b) The Husband shall, within twenty (20) days from the ~

date of this Agreement, pay to the order of the Wife the sum of
Five Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($5,000.00), which s~* is i

~ acknowledged by all parties hereto as an amount necessary and
~ adequate to provide for new living accomodations.
j: (c) The Husband shall. within five (5) days of the date
~ of. this Agreement, deliver to the Z~ife a notarized power of
' attorney and bill of sale transferring all of his right, title,
and interest in and to that certain 1976 i~iercury owned by Ray ,

. Lein Construction, Znc., of which he is the President and
Chief Ex-cutive Officer. It is expressly understood that said :
- automobile shall become the sole property of the Wife. The

Husband agrees to pay off the lien to Sun Bank of St. Lucie

' County in the amount of approximately Six Hundred Dollars

; s' ($600.00) as said payments become due and before they become

F delinquent.

I ~ (d) That the Husband shall assume, pay, and indemnify

E the 4life as to all bills and other financial obligations which
~ the parties have incurred up to the date the Wife moves out of

~ the m~~ital ht~me or un~i~ the date of Final Judgment, whichever

' shall first occur; provided that any debt or obligation incurred
shall be for ordinary and reasonable living expenses only.
~ (e) That all furniture and furnishings located in said
marital dwelling, listing on Exhibit A attached hereto, shall be
' the sole and separate property of the Wife.
