has substantial assets and liabilities~ the Husband having

been its President since inception, and the Wife having served ~
. as the Secretary-Treasurer and chief bookkeeper. The Wife
shall, upon the execution of this Agreement, transfer all of
her right, title, and ~nterest in and to said stock and the
appurtenant assets of said corporation by executing the transfer
(power of attorney) on said certif icate to the Husband as well ~
as any other document which shall have the purpose and effect' ~~.f

of transferring and releasing all of her right, title, and ~
interest in and to said stock and the assets of said corporation.
The Husband agrees to pay, assume, and indemnify the Wife as to
all corporate obligations for which she is personally liable. ~
The parties are equal owners of the issued and outstanding
shares of SAN LUCIE PLAZA, INC. Said corporation has recently
been incorporated and has no assets. The Wife agrees to execute~
~ any document which will transfer all of her right, title, and

. interest in and to her stock in said corporation. The Husband :
agrees to hold the Wife harmless for any obligation of this

corporation. ~
; The Husband and Wife own as joint tenants 250 shares of
stock of Financial Industries Corporation, which the Husband ,
~ ~ agrees to transfer and set over all of his right, title and ;
~ interest therein upon the execution of this agreement, to the
~ Wife. The Wife hereby relinquishes all of her right, title,
~ and interest in and to all other property to which the Husband :
~ has any ownership,interest, or claim, including but not limited '
~ to, the two (2) church bonds in the principal amount of $250.00
€ each. '
! SIXTH: The Wife hereby waives all claims to and rights

k SEVEt1TH: Except ~for the obligations, promises and agree-

~ ments herein set forth and to be performed by the Husband and

~ Flife which are especially reserved, the Husband and Wife hereby

~ for himself and herself and their respective legal representa-

` tive, forever releases and discharges the other of them and his
' or her heirs, distributees, legal representatives and assigns,

from any and all debts, sums of money, accounts, contracts, ~

~ claims and demands whatsoever which each of them had, now have,

of any matter, cause or thing, from the beginning of the world
